CIP immigration consultation services and consultation charges is at a flat rate for each immigration program, unlike lawyers, who charge by the hour. Each application is assessed on a case-by-case basis and may incur additional costs owing to complexity. Please see below for further details.
Once you have completed the consultation, we will advise you on the best immigration route for you and give you an estimate of your costs, with no hidden fees.

Additional charges on Immigration Consultation
Please note, these prices above are for straight-forward applications. Reasons for increased prices include, but are not limited to:
- a refusal history from Canada or any other country,
- a criminal record,
- the need for multiple criminal record checks (based on you having lived in numerous countries),
- accompanying spouses and other family members
- registered postage costs are included in the prices, but extra courier charges incurred are not. These could be arise from additional information requests or fast-tracked postage to speed up processing times
- translation of documents
- government processing fees
