Thirty minutes is not enough time to assess eligibility across all Federal and Provincial immigration programs or to understand complex cases.

Our consulting services are charged out on the basis of the length of the consultation, and the complexity, preparation and follow-up that is required for different types of applications.
We don’t use a stopwatch, but our consultations last from 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the visa route and the complexity of your individual circumstances.
Our consultations can provide you with a confirmation of eligibility and everything you need to know to proceed. But sometimes the consultation is just an introduction to the complexity of the situation and more information is required to administer immigration advice.
You get out what you put in. The more information you can provide us (education and language assessments, work experience, detailed job descriptions etc) then the more accurate your immigration assessment will be.
In some cases, we will undertake the work required to confirm eligibility at no charge, but there are other cases where the amount of work required could be about three to four hours and we have not been retained to represent your application. In these circumstances, we will ask for a non-refundable deposit, but one which is deductible from our professional fees if you decide to retain our services.
It could be prudent of you to speak with more than one immigration consultant as this is you choosing your partner for a complex and long process. Moreover, in the past we have recommended people with a complex case seek a second opinion. Moving countries is a big decision and as with all big decisions they should not be taken lightly.
